Just TOP Parc Esta 3BR below $2000psf, worth buying? Nearest new launch Sky Eden 3BR already above $2000psf. I’m looking for brand new 3BR in D14/15 for own family stay below $2000psf. Thanks.

It really depends on individuals, but if you are looking at brand new in the east that is going to TOP soon, I suppose you only have Parc Esta to consider. In this case, what are the concerns you have that you are asking this questions? Are you aware that for the same $psf or lower, you are still able to get units in Telok Kurau which are freehold but will likely be resale unit?

Yes, if you're looking at brand new condo in the East that is below $2000psf, Parc Esta is one of the choices.

Having said that, I suppose it's quite hard to get a good unit in Parc Esta at below $2000psf, given the current market situation. Unless you do not mind lower floors or less ideal facing units?
